PAYMENT FEES


For Australian customers, we currently accept - Bank Transfer (EFT), Credit/Debit Card via Stripe and PayPal payment methods. For the Rest of the World - Credit/Debit Card via Stripe, PayPal payment methods and Wire transfer on request.


Beginning 28th October 2024, a payment surcharge has been introduced for payments that aren't Bank Transfer (EFT) and any other previous fees removed

SHIPPING AND POSTAGE


We do ship internationally! Please note, due to certain distribution agreements, we may not be able to ship some items internationally. Please contact us if you are unsure about your item.


To work out shipping costs (national or international), please add the items you are after to the shopping cart to calculate price.


At this point in time, we are a web based only store. We do not offer pick ups.


DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED OR INCORRECTLY RECEIVED ITEMS


If you have received an item that has been damaged by posting/shipping, if you did not insure the item, it is the customers responsibility for the item and claims will not be honoured. If the item was insured, please lodge an RMA or contact us within 7 days so we can sort it out with the postal service or courier ASAP.


For incorrectly received items, please lodge a RMA or contact us within 14 days of the order date. Claims made after that date will not be honoured. We will strive to rectify any problem(s) in a timely manner.


Defective items that are within the warranty period (stated on the item information page or you can contact us for more information), please lodge a RMA or contact us to have the problem(s) rectified.


RETURN POLICY FOR CUSTOMERS


We do accept returns for incorrectly ordered items by the customer. They must be returned within 14 days from order date. All items must be in new condition, undamaged original packaging, any accessories included and any postage/shipping costs are to be covered by the customer. We will not accept any items that are not in the aforementioned condition. A 20% restocking fee will also apply to any returns. Refunds to be processed to payment method used on ordering, and does not include any postage costs incurred in original order
